We can also assist you in obtaining finance, organising a conveyance, surveyor and valuer, conducting an obligation free market appraisal, preparing application for First Home Owner Grant, Foreign Investment Review Board, as well as many other helpful services to assist you purchasing, selling, renting and/or preparing your estate for sale or lease with re-decoration or renovation, professionally done digital photos and/or floor plans.
